October is known as World Mental Health Awareness Month, Maintaing the standards of excellence and to fulfill responsibility related to spreading awareness, On 9th October 2023, NIP Counseling Centre organized a “One Day Mental Health Camp” at National Institute of Psychology. Mental Health Camp was organized to spread awareness related to common mental health challenges faced by students.
In this free mental health camp, free psychological evaluation along with free counseling sessions. Students enjoyed many activities at camp. Almost 200 students/faculty/staff were dealt during the camp. Team of Counseling centre psychoeducated the students about common issues like time management, anger management, stress management, and many other skills to maintain good mental health. Director NIP, Prof. Dr. Rubina Hanif visited the camp and appreciated the whole team.
