Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the School of Professional Psychology, University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore and the National Institute of Psychology. This collaboration marks a significant milestone as we join forces to drive innovation and excellence in the field of Psychology and Research.

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with A.R Brothers, Islamabad

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the National Institute of Psychology, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, and A. R. Brothers, a company specializing in sustainable business solutions, ceremony held on 31st August 2024. The purpose of MOU was to jointly work on areas related to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Good Health and Well-being, Gender Equality, Affordable and Clean Energy, Climate Action, and Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.
NIP will provide academic support and community engagement. Encourage students and faculty for participation in collaborative projects. Whereas A.R. Brothers will provide expertise, resources, and funding for collaborative projects. Facilitate in providing internships and practical training opportunities for students. Engage in joint community engagement projects.
The session was attended by Mr. Muhammad Abdur Rehman, Chief Executive Officer, M/S A.R Brothers, Islamabad, accompanied by Ms. Asma Toorkham, Program Manager, and Prof. Dr. Rubina Hanif, Director, National Institute of Psychology, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, along with NIP faculty.

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cyber Wales, UK

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between National Institute of Psychology, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad and Cyber Wales, UK in an online ceremony held on 3rd April 2023. The purpose of MOU was to jointly work on areas related to Cyber Psychology in Pakistan. The event was graced by Mr Shafique Shazad (Minister of trade and investment, Pakistan high commission to the United Kingdom) as guest speaker. The online session was moderated By Mr Faheem Azhar (Strategic advisor) Cyber Wales. Mr. John Davies (co-Founder cyber wales) and Prof Dr. Rubina Hanif, (Director National institute of psychology ,Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad) briefly introduced the purpose, aim and future plans for the joint collaboration. Later, Dr. Nelofar Kiran Rauf, Assistant professor at NIP, QAU, Islamabad delivered a talk on Tele-health psychological services in Pakistan: challenges and opportunities. This event was attended by students, members of Cyber Wales and faculty members.
